Annual Congregational Meeting

As members of a lay led congregation, we meet annually to discuss the major happenings in our Fellowship and vote on current issues pertaining to policies, finances and general UU business. Please plan to attend this meeting directly after the service, as we will need a quorum in order to transact business.

A Second Hour Question and Answer will be held on Sunday 18 May immediately following the service to

review all agenda items which will be covered during the Annual Congregational Meeting.

Agenda items include:

• election of new officers
• consideration of amendments to the bylaws regarding the endowment fund
• consideration of amendments to the bylaws regarding the terms of the Board of Directors
