Let’s hit the trails again this spring at Lynn Haven’s beautiful Bayou Park & Preserve. There is a ton to do at this park, so please join us for an afternoon in the sunshine….fingers crossed! There are paved sidewalks that offer stable surfaces, well-maintained footpaths, as well as more rugged paths – something for everyone. There is also a playground, a fitness track, a kayak launch, and plenty of places to sit and enjoy a snack.
We’ll meet at 2pm on Sunday, March 24th. Please bring water and comfortable walking shoes. This hike will be a maximum of 3 miles, but plenty of shorter options for all who want to join us. Or you can hang out on the crawdad in the playground the whole time! LOL!
We may gather for a snack or cold drink in one of the pavilions after the excursion, so bring what you’d like. We may even set aside some time for a quick meditation.
