It’s going to be a hot night of cool jazz…no doubt about it. Join us Saturday, Sept. 26, as UU Presents The Amanda Matthews Sensation – an evening of jazz at its best! Beer, wine and soft drinks as well as light refreshments will be available for purchase at the concert, which will be held at St. Andrews Episcopal Church, 1608 Baker Court, Panama City.

The Amanda Matthews Jazz Sensation features Amanda, piano and vocals; Chaz Butler, trumpet, keyboards and bass; and Jason Bennett, saxophone.  Amanda Matthews lives in Panama City where for many years she led the music program at Northside Elementary School. In more recent days Amanda can be found playing jazz and popular music several evenings a week at Acme Ice House in Rosemary Beach, Florida and weekdays she focuses her talent on teaching private piano students in downtown Panama City.  Amanda is known throughout the area for her keyboard virtuosity and for the wide

range of musical styles – from Baroque to Jazz – that she embraces with stunning musicality.
