“Acceptance” is the topic of our latest 10-session Meditation Course and we invite you to join us! This will be held on Zoom every Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. During the first class, we’ll discuss a potential second class per week.
Each class will include a short clip on meditation, a 3-minute warm-up, and a 10-15-minute guided meditation. This is a great class for beginners and experienced meditators alike. Very casual environment…with cameras off or on.
You’re welcome to join us anytime, even if it’s only once or twice.
