This hike has a wide variety of terrain to cover! We’ll hike through a wiregrass prairie, stop by Rattlesnake Lake for a snack and even see one of the few steepheads in our area. Overall, we’ll cover about 6 miles of trail between the Hwy 20 trailhead and Strickland Rd. just off Hwy 20. Wear comfortable shoes and be sure to bring water, bug spray and sunscreen! This hike will require some shuttling, so please sign up so that we can make the appropriate plans.
WE WILL MEET IN THE WINN DIXIE PARKING LOT IN LYNN HAVEN (HWY 77) AT 8AM TO CARPOOL TO THE TRAILHEAD.
