Our next Meditation Course will focus on “Managing Anxiety”. This 10 session course will start on February 27th and be held on Thursdays at 7pm (Zoom) and on Sundays at 12pm (In Person). You’re welcome to join us for some or all of the sessions.

Each session is about 30 minutes and includes a breathing exercise, a short video of meditation tips, followed by a 10-15 minute guided meditation.

No experience is needed. All levels are welcome. For questions, please connect with the host.
