You are a leader. Leadership is not about having a certain personality type. Leadership is not about holding certain organizational positions. Every single one of us is a leader with our own style, preferences and talents. This hour and a half workshop will help you explore who you are and what you bring to the table through a variety of self-reflection tools. We will also explore the difference between Adaptive and Technical Leadership, and practice some Adaptive Leadership thinking. And finally we will learn about Lollipop moments, and be inspired to see how we have already made a difference in other people’s lives!
