September 2017 Book Group

The next meeting of the UUFBC book group is September 20th at 11am. We will be discussing The Firebrand and the First Lady: Portrait of a Friendship, Pauli Murray, Eleanor Roosevelt and the Struggle for Social Justice, by Patricia Bell-Scott

I have begun already, and am fascinated with this view of the 1930’s and forward from the perspective of these two women. It is available from Amazon, book and kindle forms.
