We can sympathize with people who make a plan, take a stand, double down and do the work, but don’t enjoy the returns they think they deserve. They may feel gypped, that life isn’t fair, that their guides have let them down. We are promised in this life neither a rose garden nor certainty. Thankfully, we don’t have to go it alone. We can fill the craters of uncertainty with faith, friendship and fellowship.
About the Speaker
STEVE BORNHOFT is a writer and storyteller who has been an occasional speaker at the UU Fellowship of Bay County for more than 30 years. He worked for decades as a newspaper and magazine editor and for eight years, taught communication courses at Florida State University and Flagler College. Currently, he is the vice president for marketing and communication at TechFarms, a business incubator located in Panama City Beach.
