Our next virtual meditation course will start on April 1 at 7:30pm.
We’ll meet on Wednesdays and Sundays via Zoom for approx. 30 minutes. Sessions will include an opening breathing exercise followed by a guided 15-20 minute meditation that focuses on “fear of the future”. This is an app led course. It is a casual class for any skill level with cameras on or off, as you like.
